How long is the warranty on my purchase?
When you buy a door curtain from us, you can assume that the quality is good. The legal warranty applies to all our door curtains, which means that the purchased door curtain must do what you can reasonably expect from it. On the La Tenda door curtains, we can offer you a more extensive warranty on behalf of the manufacturer – with normal use – 3 to 5 years, depending on which type!
My doorcurtain is defective. What do i do?
Very annoying. We will do everything we can to solve it as best as possible. Send us an e-mail with a description of the defect, and preferably with photos of the defect. We will then contact you to process the warranty claim.
