We deliver fast:
We will ship your fly curtain as quickly as possible. For orders on working days, we will ship your fly curtain first thing next day. Do you order in the weekend? Then it might take us a day longer.
Delivery or collection of your fly curtain :
We coöperate with DPD, a very reliable delivery service in Europa. DPD delivers Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
Track your parcel :
You will receive a Track & trace code. With this code you can see on the DPD website where your parcel is and when the delivery driver will be there. If you are not at home, DPD will deliver the parcel the next day, or the parcel will then be sent to a collection point near you.
Cancellation of the order:
Have you changed your mind or made a mistake, odering the wrong fly curtain? Then you can cancel your order on the same day by sending us an email. Have you waited longer? Then your flyscreen door curtain might be already out for delivery. In that case, you can return your order.
